Perfect tool

I didn't need a complicated spread sheet. All I needed was to state how many miles driven to a location, the purpose, who was involved and the date. No frill. Plus it exports my report to me so I can print. Perfect!

I used to use VehiCal and miss it. MEL comes close to being as easy to use. I wish it was easier to record odometer readings when filling up though. Overall...a good app.

Seems to be a good app for recording mileage data. Would like a little more ease of editing with the destination list.

Quick, simple & reliable. Only shortcoming is that data stored on phone does not map over to next device if you should get a new phone. Make sure you download data before you switch devices.
Not automatic

If you don't open the app and click on the start of every drive, the app does zero. Nothing. Nada. Clicking on the word "automatic" each trip does not make it automatic.
Makes expense reporting quick and easy

I enter my mileage and use the voice to text feature of the phone to have the destinations and reasons fields filled out as I pull into my driveway so I can quickly be done and export at the end of the month.
Good app for manual tracking

I really didn't want an app to track my trips via GPS. Luckily I found this one since there aren't many others like it. It's a little clunky to use it for manual entry, but it gets the job done the way I want it to.

I loved this app. It was everything I needed. Until I upgraded my phone. Went to open the app up after downloading all my apps back and my entire history was gone. Nothing. Nada. Gone! As a small business owner that is a very costly error and one that will cause me hours upon hours to attempt to regenerate. Sad to say but now I'm looking for a better app that has some reliable backup.
