So I love slot games. Love love em. There is one in particular on this app that I cannot find anywhere else but the casino However, I’ve spent a lot of money to be able to play this game. I’ve hit jackpots twice and both resulted in APP errors. When I reached out to customer support they sent me a standardized instruction sheet on closing other applications and not playing the game for longer than an hour without closing and restarting. The bonus coin payout is a joke. I’m very disappointed and now after my last reply from the game stating they don’t see a “record” of the malfunction for coins worth about 25$ real money I am officially done supporting this app. DO NOT INVEST into this game. Tons of other apps actually play and $3.99 can get you hours of game play. Absolutely ridiculous, disappointing and bad business practices.

Throw this game in the trash. You have better odds taking your time elsewhere. I enjoy playing slot games so I spent $3.99 for some extra coins. I didn’t win the minimum spin back once. You actually have better odds on a real slot machine. Waste of time and money.

In the bonus games, it spin only 2 times then stop, saying that the feature/bonus is completed. Very buggy. I got the bonuses 3 times and all of them only spines the bonus 2 times instead of 10.

This game is so tight I can’t believe it no way I’m spending any money on buying credits. It would be a waste of money and my time ! I use these apps to enjoy some me time and I end up getting flustered with this game all bad it’s already uninstalled!

Since the latest update, winning any jackpots has been impossible. This app has great games but no fun to play if you can’t win once in awhile. My suggestion - try another app!

This App should be banned for several reasons (read other comments and agreed) 1. The game doesn’t allow you to play long and I’d never pay 2. The game malfunctions in the favor of the developers and I contacted them but no response so it’s obvious customer support doesn’t matter 3. Now they have tightened the payouts more because they have Advertisements. If you watch a video you get $500,000 which is equivalent to a few spins ? If the Advertisement Companies were smart, they’d Remove their games information from this game. Disassociate which is exactly what I’m doing with my time and space.

Used to be fun when you had a chance to win! Built up my chips to 1 billion points. Since that time I’ve lost 500 million points with very few wins! Why? If this was a casino I’d never go back.
