I like this app a lot. It makes searching very easy and you can find what you are looking for. I am not seriously looking to buy yet, so I haven't used the agent features, but when I am I probably will.

The search feature crashed on me a number of times. I also had trouble switching from one targeted search to another. If I can't quickly get results then I will look elsewhere.

It's simple good and handy when nothing else available. However, there are some things and functions that should be added or modificated for better and more convenient use.

While on a recent showing and the client raised her budget to match the neighborhood they desired saved the day. I was able to complete a search right on the spot . We go to closing next week . Nice!
