Rail Shooters!!!
Multiplayer needer
I downloaded the game and realized it was a rail shooter. Don't get me wrong, the game's pretty good. But the fact that it's a rail shooter really ruins the game. You have almost no control. its a basic rail shooter and thats why I'm giving it a bad rating.

This game was a disappointment. The graphics were not nearly as good as they appeared on the screen shots. It felt like that deer hunt game, with those purple aliens waddling around and me shooting them. The combination of cheesy visuals and weird artifacts and time travel made this game feel like Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy: the game. Totally made that up, anyway a lot of the beginning was also stolen from mass effect with the bug things and all, making it a rip off. The worst thing is you have to wait or pay for energy. IF YOU WANT A GOOD SI-FI SHOOTER THATS FREE GO BUY NOVA FREEDOM EDITION.

The rail system is a little restricting but awesome game, art and concept!
Auto save doesn't work (sometimes)

I upgraded my armory yesterday before I went to bed, and when I got back on my armory wasn't upgraded and my character was back at being lvl 5 again! What the hell?!
Have to play at least once!

Midnight Star is a fun shooter for touch-screens. It uses taps and swipes instead of dual-analog sticks, which I suspect will be love-it-or-hate-it, so you have to try it for yourself. The gameplay feels like Time Crisis or VirtuaCop, but with more modern features, an upgradable arsenal, and a compelling story. The initial campaign can be completed for free with a little patience, and I'm looking forward to more missions and weapons!

Best first person shooter in the App Store! Great graphics and interface, lots of fun, sort of reminds me of Halo a little bit, to the person that said bad graphics they obviously played a different game and are confused. Definitely worth a shot, it's free, there's things you can buy but it's not required. Usually I don't leave reviews but this one deserves it, 5 stars.
