The age of worksheets is over. The experienced educators behind Interactive Elementary understand that learning follows from engagement, and they have designed Middle School Math HD to offer opportunities for student engagement at every turn. Stretching the full gamut of a well-rounded mathematics curriculum, the eight modules in Middle School Math HD truly push the boundaries of interactive learning.
Middle School Math HD is perfect for the classroom, but it's also a powerful tool for parents seeking the inside track for their 11-14 year old child.
Here's what's included:

No direction lost my money
I found these games fun and good at reinforcing skills. Not sure what the other review here meant regarding being lost. A few games took a little effort to figure out - like the algebra vault - but that is part of the learning experience and most were self-explanatory. My favorite is the multiple conveyor. Could use a landscape view function.
This app might be somewhat helpful for practicing things already known but it doesn't teach anything. Four bucks is entirely too much for this app.
I teach seventh grade and I love this app. The pinpoint plotter works well to support skills taught in class.
this really helps motivate my middle school Grade math students
Basic, but easy to use and good reinforcing activities for each concept
I am a middle school math teacher and a parent of a middle school child. I use the iPad at school and home. This app does not meet the needs of either. The feedback for right and wrong answers is not clear. The set up for algebra problems does not support the way it is taught in middle school and high school. I thought there would be at least a couple math topics I could use in the classroom. It is a waste of money and very disappointing.
Although much of this app is fun and challenging, there is a problem with the ordering numbers section that is nothing less than infuriating. Every attempt to order integers ends quickly in the program shutting down. The manufacturers would do well to correct this problem.
