I really like this game. I love the music, it's very calming and fun. Please don't change the music. However, I think there should be some changes to how long you can survive this game. I mean I really want to know what kind of obstacle am I going to meet once I reach pass level 3 and the big black balls could kill me in like when I touch it. Still, I know that it's a micro thing in our body but if only there was something that could keep me living longer. The pills work too but I die when the pill runs out ?. Com'on

So I love this game. I've been playing it for a year and I have a few suggestions: no more big bad guys until level 4, make a super speed pill, and when you have a pill stay at full health! Thx!

It's a great game, it's challenging but fun, has nice music, and doesn't have an overload of iap's.... but I needs one thing.. customization! With the blood cells, it's fun to get them, but if you could make your character look different, it would add some progression, like in drowsy road.
