Blank documents

There have been multiple times that I have attempted to export a document as a PDF or simply save a document to my Files App on my iPad Pro where all of my work is lost. It is extremely frustrating and I have not been able to recover said documents and pdf’s. I am extremely disappointed with my experience.

Are you kidding? Again?

How many times do you think I’m going to keep having to sign in to remind you I’m paying for this, before I say goodbye...? Answer: Goodbye!

Styles missing

I just started using this app, I was hoping to minor edit some of my docs, but interestingly it decides which few num of my custom styles to show me, most of them aren’t there, which I need.

Disappearing taskbar bug wrecks usability

astolat

This was a perfect solution to word processing on the iPhone. The terrific “Mobile View” option truly made it possible to get serious writing and editing work done even on a phone screen. Unfortunately, for several months now, the above-the-keyboard taskbar has been badly broken. It stops appearing after a single edit, making it impossible to minimize the keyboard and halving the amount of screen real estate the document can occupy. It’s deeply frustrating to find an app that works so well, only to have it develop an almost dealbreaker bug, which has persisted now for several months, through multiple app updates and iOS updates.

No true dark mode

Only the ribbon bar is dark. The document is not dark. Outlook for iOS is true dark mode. When will dark mode be fixed?

Almost Perfect

caortlong

This is my most used application at work. I use it every single day, as my job requires tons of report (psychological) writing. I love using the iPad and Word thanks to the incredible portability of the iPad and the almost desktop-like capability of Word. BUT, I’m still waiting (hopefully not for long) for the capability to work on multiple (at least two) Word documents at the same time. Presently I can not open another Word window with a second document, something I would like to be able to do to help me expedite my work. Once we get this, it will be a 5 star application.
