I wish the chat portion was not mixed in with the meeting chats. They should be separate, as it makes your chat history really cluttered and hard to find previous chats.

Statuses don’t update in the chat/contact lists until you open an in individual chat.

Review: I’ve used Lync, Google Chats, and Skype for communication with colleagues and none have been as effective as Teams. I hope they will continue developing their strong software. Recommendation: Please increase the amount of the pinned conversations. Keep at 15 length where it is, just add a small arrow near the top to go to next set of 15 pinned conversations Thank You

Latest update broke notifications. I’m missing a lot of things because I’m no longer getting notifications.

Teams seems like another way to text or send email either to one person or to a group. I feel is duplicating a service I already have through text and through email and now I need to watch one more platform.

Teams works so nicely for me and my work group! It allows us to not skip a beat throughout the day especially when we are required to work from home. A true business essential.

There are so many good points about Teams but I am not going to talk about them, I’ll just focus on improvements. Syncing between mobile and desktop version is not fluent. I don’t see a way to search within a particular chat. Only way I can search is to search in all chats together and it is so frustrating to search for the message you are looking for. Scrolling back in chat window is such a bad experience, when new messages load, you get lost what your last message was. A lot of time when I share images and click on them, nothing shows up, just a blank window. There is no way to message yourself to have quick handy notes
