Does not work at the slightest

66cj66

The links I click on do not do what they say. The app will either claim I don’t have access to the link sent, or the link will do nothing but open the app then tell me to click on the link again. Support was absolutely no help, complete waste of time. Edit: my manager has sent me the link 4 times over text and 3 times over email, I have reinstalled the app 3 times and nothing has changed.

Never works. Deleted and reinstalled. Never shows my work schedule. Have to use website all the time.

Awful. Don’t waste your time

My company uses this program for shifts and to send messages. However, when I started and was given the link, the program wouldn’t let me sign in. Then, when it finally did let me sign in and it gave me an email address to use, the program claimed that email address wasn’t found. Awful set up. I’ve deleted and re-downloaded the program and still nothing. I even put in staff hub into my browser and it still wouldn’t work. Glad to know this is the way to get my schedule and send messages to one another and half of us can’t even get in! Junk program. A complete waste of time!

Easy to Use

Fruitless!

I am a new supervisor who is now in charge of scheduling and not being a huge fan of Excel, StaffHub has been a wonderful alternative!! Easy to use, easy to read and share!! Would recommend this to any department who has scheduling issues. Thank you!!

Was working fine until new update

augkate08

heard about my coworkers having trouble with the app telling them they didn’t work days that they were actually scheduled for. didn’t see it on my app which I was grateful for. BUT I updated my phone on 7/4 and all of a sudden it will only bring up my shift that is two weeks from now even though I know there are shifts in between. System was working fine but now my manager will have to send it multiple ways to make sure we know the schedule. I’ll be happier when it’s fixed and not wrong and costing someone their job!

Can’t join a group. Invite is a joke.

My boss asked me to add this app for work schedules. I can’t even join the group. It may be something my boss messed up but this whole process of setting this up through Microsoft has taken me all day, and I still can’t see the group schedule. Not user friendly at all. Wants me to create a team instead of join a team? So confusing. No response from technical help. Over it.

good, but

update was supposed to fix annoying notification that shows on the app even though there is no new notification. this has not been fixed and i still continuously have to check the app to make sure no one has messaged me for real. app shows an unread notification for an approved time off that was placed months ago and has passed. so annoying.

Serious letdown

I’m surprised this awful app is made by Microsoft !!!

Great scheduling app, but...

My company has been using this for a few months now and I love it. It’s very easy to see what my shifts are and I like how it notifies you and hour before your shift! Trading shifts is also easy and conscientious, especially since it will update the schedule for everyone. The only thing I don’t like about the app is that I can’t see my total amount of hours I have for each week, which is annoying, but otherwise the app is awesome.
