404 error

I receive a 404 error on dashboards that contains a custom visual. Any fixes for this ? Is there setup that needs to be done on server side ? Help !
Great improvements now works fluently

The iOS app got a lot of improvements since I reviewed it last time. It now is fluent, the scrolling works well across visualizations , the reports are easy to navigate and the user experience is smooth even for PowerBi reports not optimized for the iOS app. PowerBi is quickly becoming one of the best data visualization systems out there for a fraction of the price compared to others and the iOS app is a great extension. Keep up the good work!

For my purposes the mobile app works well. I need more customizations available in terms of creating and sharing real time dashboards. I have some data that requires real time API. However, I haven't found a way to display text or date fields (only values). It would also be nice if I could create measures in the web service for real time data (specifically I want to show a stopwatch with the amount of time between now and the last data push that came in). I would like to be able to embed the real time dashboard in my website. However, you can only share/embed reports not dashboards, and realtime data doesn't get updated in the reports. All in all, it is close enough that I can get 90% of want I want done with it (and it is essentially a free solution for now since I already get it with my office 365 subscription). Specifically for the mobile app, I like it. I actually prefer it to the web app for viewing.

Microsoft still has work to do on this app. Finding that reports are not refreshing if the same tables/queries are being used. Although I've reported the issue, no action is being taken to correct it.
