I would not give one star, except there is no such option. This app is as useless as customer service at the consulates and Mexitel. Perhaps I’ve been talking to robots because they show zero ability to resolve any issue or think outside the box. ... likewise for this app’s usability.

Application looks like it’s something out of the 2010. Not as useful as could be. My absolute biggest complaint is that some moron that worked on this app does not know that Philadelphia is not spelled “filadelfia.” Mistakes like this make you looks like imbeciles, please fix it. I can’t believe the response given by these incompetents. Also Pennsylvania is spelled wrong. Please stop making mistakes like this. It’s utterly pathetic.

Se me dificultó mucho poder hacer una cita para pasaporte, es muy vaga la descripción de días disponibles y al hacer click en las horas disponibles del día, no pude confirmar por completada la cita pero lo demás si trabajo muy bien, espero que sea un pequeño glitch en el software, esperando una solución para el mejor funcionamiento de la aplicación

La APP pura basura no sirve para nada. Me hurge el pasaporte. Ya casi un mes intentando hacer una cita y nunca hay nada. Ni en la web ni en la app se puede har nada! ???
