Bad Bugs

The App is great and the shorts are fun, ranging from Steamboat Willie to the modern shorts. Sadly, the majority of videos are bugged with grey thumbnails and cause the app to crash when selected. This will get 5 stars if this is fixed, but the majority of videos being bugged really hurts

I loved this app the minute I downloaded it. It has everything I would love to see. However, the app needs serious updating. It keeps crashing both on the phone as well as the Apple TV every time I want to watch some of the older videos that are also only gray as a thumbnail. It can be frustrating. Please please fix!!

I have noticed that you are not updating your app. I’m pretty sure everyone wants the new mickey videos such as Shipped out, The Fancy Gentleman, New Shoes, and your newest Springtime. So when I am asking is can you add the new Mickey videos? I really like this app but I have seen all of the videos. So can you add a new video when you make a new one please? Could you write a response to me on what you will be doing? Thank you.
App crashes and videos don’t play

I am a HUGE Disney fan but this app just doesn’t work. Most of the videos are grey and won’t play and the ones that do will crash the app. Please fix this so my daughter can enjoy these awesome videos

Goofy fan?
I am a Big Goofy fan and Micky mouse fan in general andI think the app is an awesome idea but every single time I try to play an old goofy cartoon it either glitches me out of the app or turns grey. This is really annoying because it does the same thing to other old cartoons.

I love the app, but I wish it would work off of wifi since that's the reason I decided to get it. Otherwise, the app is really cool and I love it!?????❤??
