Anyone know how to get the 'in-app purchases' to work properly. Im getting an error message everytime.
Great Method to learn a new language

If you're new to the Mochel Thomas Method of learning you'll be pleased to find yourself constructing your own sentences by the first couple of lessons. It's like their Audio Lessons but broken up in their In-app purchased with the options of flash cards. Highly recommend it. Rosetta gets you picking flash cards and saying sentences like "little boy eats." You'll have to stick with it for several hours to get more useful sentences. With Pimselur your like a parrot, repeating sentences and they have a great way of breaking down sounds but it took longer for me to come up with my own sentences. The classroom style teaching helped answer questions I had on pronoun citation and application that I didn't get with the other two.
Good lessons, buggy app

The instruction is great. I love that it has Michel teaching two naive learners rather than just talking. I like hearing the students' errors and Michel's corrections. He teaches in a natural way, making you learn instinctually but also explaining things in English. This is NOT an immersion program. I love it, though. Unfortunately, the app has issues. 1. Never starts me where I left off. Usually two lessons behind. 2. Often cannot scroll down or tap to open the lessons at the bottom. I contacted support, and they advised me to reinstall the all and redownload the hours I had purchased. I did that, and the problems remain. I emailed support again to explain this, and they did not respond. I also asked if I could transfer my purchases to the MT "languages" app. No answer. Also FYI the MT "languages" app has hours 9 and 10. Wish I had known before getting started with this app. Still, when I skip through the lessons and find where I was, etc., I do find the lessons very enjoyable. I spoke some Spanish to a coworker and understood what she said to me. I am on hour 5 in this app.
Best way to succeed

It might not have all the bells and whistles of some other apps, but the teaching and learning is solid. If you really want to speak, this is the way to do it.
A great way to learn at a cheap price

The app has some minor bugs, but the lessons are terrific. Teaches you to create & converse in complete sentences.

After four years of high school Spanish, this app points out some obvious pronunciation and verb tendencies that I don't recall learning before.

I'd give this a 4 or 5 if it wasn't for the random pausing of the app. Very annoying when you're focused on the lesson.

There seems to be a compatibility issue with the latest iOS, because it won't download the in app purchases, which are the only way to use the app. I tried closing and reopening the app...even deleting and reloading. I contacted support but never received an answer. I really want to try this course! Wish the app would work because I have no desire to order CDs. Update: support fixed the issue and I LOVE this app! Highly recommend. After 3 hours, I'm already speaking to my daughter who has taken Spanish for 5 years.
