Easy to use and gives the most accurate real estate info. My go-to real estate app when I’m browsing properties in the Indy area.

They don’t have all states I searched where I wanted to find a house and the haven’t heard of it but it was on the map?

I am a realtor and I use this app for various purposes, the issue that I am having with this app is that the search is not as smooth. I just want a user friendly search, Just allow a search bar that is able to search by address, location and MLS # with one simple search bar without selecting searching method.

Don't recommend it!

I’m not sure how, but the functionality on the MIBOR app is MUCH better than the website. The MIBOR website developers should take note. This is possibly the only app (and I use quite a few mapping/real estate apps) that I prefer using on my phone vs laptop, even with the smaller screen

Constantly says no results

Too long trip

Anytime I zoom in or out, it always says no results found. After I reply to the dialog box, it then shows me the result. Drives me crazy.

I have a glitch where the listings disappear

Frequently, in the middle of a search by area, the app clears and suddenly says “No results available”. It usually takes searching three or four times to get any properties to show up again. Then it will show a few and go blank again. Very glitchy, almost unusable.

Great App

Awesome Indy Guy

This app is easy to use. Wish it would list HUD/Short Sale/foreclosures as well. Be more specific of disclosures as well.

iPad version could be better

I like how up to date this app is, but the search feature for the iPad is slight garbage.
