Ticket Transfer Problem

Tickets not transferring from/to account, and three emails to mobile help have gotten no response. This is a big problem and no one has stepped forward to fix it!

I thought this app was about the Miami Heat. Meaning behind the scenes of all kind of things players do that we don’t get to see like practice highlights or even highlights of good dunk or comebacks games but nope.
