Crash problem

My girl was so glad to get this app for her birthday but 1. It won't stay set to English but changes language preference each time we open it, but worse, 2. It crashes when trying to go past level 1. Hope these issues get fixed as I rarely pay for apps and am very disappointed

My daughter loves Mia and this app is so much cooler than the other one. Only problem is no sound? I have double checked and cannot figure out what is wrong.
