App sencilla que apoya para pagar la factura, ver cuantos megas regulares hemos consumido, comprar extras, de vez en cuando no funciona pero ni modo.

Me sorprende que siendo la compañía lider de telefonia celular en Mexico, tengan una app tan deficiente, tengo que intentar entrar como 4 veces, y al querer pagar la factura tengo que cerrar e iniciar sesión varias veces porque me dice que el sistema no esta disponible.

So, so many issues with Telcel and their terrible web/app services. I can’t list them all. The latest problem, I loaded 150 pesos of Saldo, then was told I had insufficient saldo to buy the 150 package and I had to buy the 100 package instead. Then they asked me to rate the app, so here ya go boys.

What a sub-standard piece of crap. The developers the managers and executives of this company should be ashamed of for providing such a poor service with this app. But they are making good money from all the people that need the service.

La aplicación constantemente te cierra sesión sin consentimiento y su ventana de mantenimiento diaria le da una pesima experiencia a los usuarios que quieren realizar pagos o navegarla de noche. Muy malas prácticas de mantenimiento para una app con tantos usuarios.

Apart from the overall lackluster service that TelCel provides as a mobile provider, the app simply fails to work most of the time. Try to avoid using TelCel at all costs as they do not care about customer service. Lastly, TelCel overcharges clients and there is almost no way to recoup your money unless you place a complaint with PROFECO. Thumbs down!
