Got my subscription and the automatic renewal and can't get my issues. stupid app wants me to buy issue when i have already paid for the year subscription. iTunes please refund my money and stop the automatic renewal

I subscribed last year. Why can't I get any issues this year? My subscription is on 'auto renew'. FIX PLEASE!!!! I love the mag, but this stupidity is torquing me out here! You can have all your stars back once this is FIXED!
Pages Slow to Load

Love the magazine content, but it takes too long for the pages to load, even after the issue has been downloaded! Please fix this!

I love that this app is free considering that I still pay for the hard copy. It's nice to have the digital version on the go. Good layout
