App fails to launch

The app fails to launch. I've tried reinstalling it and rebooting my phone. The decision website has no support info. I'm using a 6plus running iOS 9.2. It sadly appears that I wasted $2.
Not Compatible with IPad Pro

I have used this app for years it will no longer work on my iPhone 7 !!! I cannot get anyone from the company to reply. Anyone else having trouble with this app on an iPhone 7? It worked fine until I upgraded my phone..Help!
