It’s becoming indispensable to my business.

My team of 10 uses it all day every day for chat and collaboration in groups. We never email or text each other any more. I find it a lot easier to use with a more ‘Facebook’ style interface which requires no learning curve like Slack or others do for new employees.
Where the h*ll is the sign up button

I don’t know if this is a bug but I’ve spent 4 hours looking for a signup button, and I’ll i can find is a sign up for a team, not for an individual account. Furthermore, when i try to create an account by signing up as a team, it tells me to log into my account, so that route is a bust. Please help, i am the SPL of my scout troop and we use this, so i am unable to keep up. I’ve tried everything i can think of, i need someone from tech support to help me.

This becomes a budget crisis each user you add. Wouldn't be so bad if you was full controller of it and if using as support you cant you are paying for each user to. Limited to only team and be sure you company makes money 23 bucks for 3 team members on gold package cheaper just to run your own system plenty of option plus your own link not something one else's that takes you money. I don't see were it benefits the the company might as well go to mewe.com were users and workers can communicate and pay the 5 bucks for your extras. Hell fb may be data thieves but you don't pay to use it nor Twitter , and also no support replies to questions they want your mont but don't reply to support questions i place on in 2 weeks age never got an answer.

You can’t even register your account, because you’ll never get the confirmation email, so there’s no chance to explore the app and services. When you check back later, it doesn’t recognize your credentials so you may want a password reset. Guess what, you’ll never get the password reset email. If you need a social place for your company, just stick with the so hated FB workplace, at least, that one works.
