And it ruins it. I don't expect witty dialogue from a strong female perspective in otome (although it's super cute when I find it and some Voltage games have it) but I do expect some level of competency on the part of the heroine in -something-. I was intrigued to see what they'd do with a detective heroine and pretty much they just used it to put her in situations where she has opportunities to be useless...she often doesn't even have plucky self confidence to smooth it over...it was irritating which was sad because the rest of the characters didn't seem too bad.

I was really excited for this game, because a female detective in a special division?! Heck yeah, she's bound to be kickass. Unfortunately she fell into the same ol' need to be rescued type situation. Now I love these games, but I'm getting a little tired of these undependable main characters, and also how uncomfortable they all are with sexual contact (it's a romance game for sex sake). You know you made a weak main character if the other characters are constantly pointing it out. Also why can all these girls eat everything and never work out? You guys do make fun and cute romantic story lines, but I just wish the girls were more competent. The only game feel this actually happens are the Princess games. Which I absolutely love!

The story is organized very well. The app contains main stories and sub stories. It is really fun to receive emails from your character too. I like how the main character is not damsel in distress. She is hard core judo practitioner and detective in training. I am specially in love with Kirisawa's stories. I like how the story develops. There can be still development to in main character to reach strong independent female role at the end. I cant stop playing and every it makes me really happy.

I really was so happy with this game! I picked Nomura, who is a great pick if you like flirty characters, and the whole story was great. I loved his backstory and the whole case going on throughout the story as well. Definitely one of my fave voltage games!

Ahh! My second favorite Voltage app! I love all of the characters, I really do--and I have all of them. Himura and Kirisawa, though, they take the cake, easily. I hope there's a season two coming soon, or more stories for them. The way the men all banter with each other and the MC . . . it's so much fun! I really love the friendships and humor!!
