No matter what I search I always get the broaden perimeters message. Even with default settings!!!! What Gives?

Works great besides looking at a property, pressing the back button and getting kicked out of the program altogether! Then you have to search all over again! Easily fixable!
If you're not in CO: Don't bother

Didn't work for me as with any others but just noticed that the fine print says it's only for Colorado (hint: maybe that should be part of the app name, a la "Colorado Metro Brokers" to avoid confusion)
