Can't track metrics over Time

Cxfit

Could have been a good app, but you can only enter one date/record per metric. ??? How are you supposed to track over time? Too bad, this looked like the best of the bunch for tracking lifts but for this big fat fail.

Fantastic!!

I've spent a decent amount of money trying to find a good lifting tracker, and this is easily the best! And I didn't even have to pay to try it!

Perfect Fitness App

Dr237373

Out of every fitness/ exercise app on the AppStore this is honestly the only one that does what I want, and it does it perfectly. If you want a fitness app where it lets you enter in your OWN workouts and routines and not some pre made schedules this is literally the best. I use it every single day and not just for workouts, I use the feature to track other things like sleep quality, time tanning, amount of water drank, calories, or just anything you could possibly want you can make a tracker for. I highly recommend buying the pro version so you can track and create as many workouts as possible. If you want an app for all of your health and fitness needs this app is for you. Overall I love this app it's been such a life saver after searching and searching and not finding any app that let you personalize it so well. A couple things that would be nice for updates would be changing the menu set up to where it would be a pull out side menu bar, a switchable dark gray theme, more changeable colors (love this feature btw) , maybe a picture type of "metric" so tracking things like body progress can be done. I really hope some of these can be done and be in a future update that would be really cool and appreciated! Overall can't think of much changes I would make, it's that great! Thanks for this amazing app!

Great app

Exactly what I was looking for.

Love it!

Great app, simple to use but detailed enough to track everything I want.

Functions Well, Restores Poorly

FairButPoor

Can use the "free" version for a little bit, but you have to purchase the full version to add any metrics worthwhile. If you switch phones or the app gets deleted, you have to repurchase. Gives a fake "restore" option that doesn't actual work. Be careful. You may spend $$ trying to keep up with this app.

Awesome for workout logging

smilemon

I downloaded a few other apps before I settled on this one. This is an unobtrusive program with a clean interface. The free version allows you to log 7 metrics, which is plenty if you are doing a starting strength routine. If you want to keep track of more, it's 99 cents, but it's worth it if you want to log things like biking or running as well. The estimated 1rm and % chart makes it easy to plan your next workout and you can set individual goals for every health metric. If you want to get really fancy you can graph your progress for each metric in the app, or output the data to excel. I think this is a very well thought out and effective app. It will be replacing my composition notebook.

Excellent! But missing 2 biggies.

Please add a progress photo log feature and an apple watch app!

This is a FANTASTIC app

SMDGRAY

It does exactly what I want, with no silly graphics or games or points. It lets me customize everything important to my taste, without imposing unnecessary restrictions (e.g., having to fill out a certain field). It doesn't go overboard with UI design or customization but lets you pick your theme color. It works reliably. There are no obnoxious ads - just a single friendly pop up saying that if I want to track unlimited metrics, please upgrade (and I did). This is one of the best apps I've seen (absolutely the best workout tracking app). I've looked for fitness/workout tracking apps before, and never been able to find a great one. They all had quirky designs or weird features (ads, gamification with ads and rewards, etc). This made my day. Minor notes: a user should be able to access in app purchases on demand (usually through settings). When I got the pop up about upgrading, I automatically dismissed it (reflex) but then I decided to upgrade and couldn't figure out how to access in app purchases. I just waited until I hit the limit on metrics, but you should always let the user give you money. :) Also, I'd consider upping the price to 1.99. Or tier the metrics (0.99 for 15 metrics, 1.99 for 16+). I would have happily paid that for an app that actually works as desired, and been glad to give the money to you.

Excellent, but one category missing

Chimeara

This app is great in every way. For me, though, I need a category for reps at (short) distances. Examples being high jump, long jump, box jumps, harop curls, etc etc. Otherwise, this is excellent.
