I had my change ready to put into the meter get to my doctors appointment I didn’t even need my coins so I was late to my doctors appointment and I was not very happy I missed my appointment and had to reschedule

Seems to crash, require a whole new login every time, doesn’t recognize zones, basically, the kind of app that the PPA would choose. Something someone’s corrupt brother-in-law created

When it works, after set up, it is simple and easy to use. When it doesn't, support is basically non-existent.
Overcharging

The charged $12.40 instead of $6.40 and I had to repeatedly delete and reinstall app to obtain correct rate. Kiosk was broken and calling in didn’t work, so forced to use app.
Always glitching

For as much money is collected in this city from parking tickets, this app should be flawless. It constantly logs me off and often works very slowly, causing me to run to my car to avoid a ticket. Not helpful!

Tried to update my payment now we have to do park mobile wallet instead of allowing to put a credit card? Why? Not a favorite change.
