Broken app, please fix

The app is not loading. Just displays a white screen. It's been like that since early July. Did they go out of business?

One month after their latest update, I still have to update my car and credit card information every week! This app is only slightly more convenient than going to the actual meter. Also, I credit card that I saved expired. I entered the new credit card information —- same card number, but with different expiration and 3-digit code. App won’t let me pay with the new card because it’s “expired”. So much potential for this app just not well developed.
Worst parking app I’ve used

My city has another parking app, and it works amazingly. All the zones are clearly marked, there’s a map and search function that work beautifully. For some reason, the street I parked on today wanted me to use this app instead. It took me 15 minutes of wondering around, asking strangers if they knew what parking zone we were in. There were probably 10 signs telling us to use this app on the street we parked; not one of them contained a single clue regarding what to search to find our parking zone. When I finally found someone who knew, the answer was completely nonsensical to a native of my city. I’ve never heard someone refer to our present location by that name, and searching the common names for our location yielded zero results. There is no “zones near me” feature, no app, nothing. The app made by my local government has infinitely more functionality. I don’t know

Location finder fails to automatically initiate and search functionality for location does not work by any logical search terms. Needs more development.

On at least 4 occasions I have tried to use the app and it won’t load or won’t work correctly. I’ve received parking tickets in these instances which is maddening. And they charge a 0.30 surcharge per days that you use it. It’s been a very frustrating app to use.wish our town had chosen a different system.

Hi—typing in an address is good if you know the street you are on—I didn’t know I was on waterfront place because there are NO street signs so two of us ( did not know this person but he was having trouble also) had to figure it out—typing in lots of things until we used google maps to see where we were —it just wasn’t a good first impression for me because I was late to a meeting—but now I know...
Easy to use

I have been using this App for a few months now. It’s very straightforward and is always able to find my location so I get charged correctly. Last week I made a mistake (I selected the wrong car) and Elliot in Customer Service reached out to me and fixed it.
