Great App with small Apple TV 4K Issue

I’m a small boat sailor with an engineering USCG license for the big ocean ships. And I Love this App. I do my sailboat weather and navigation on an iPad and iPhone. A terrific backup to the expensive systems. Now that Fall is here and boat is on dry land, I am trying Apps on new Apple TV 4K. I have one small request. There is no way to Turn Off the overlay Buttons on the right-hand Screen once activated. Sometimes I just want to look at the naked Earth. It would be great if Weather Overlays would toggle Off the second time the Botton was pressed. Overall great App. Thank you!

I love this app! I love that is shows current and forecast weather, as well as averages throughout the year, and favorite cities can be stored. I enjoy being able to access to weather forecasts all around the world. Is there anyway to feature the current temperatures in the oceans? They can only be seen through averages throughout the year. I think it would be really cool to have access to be able to see what the current ice sheets levels are at the north and south poles, as well as future forecasts. Even being able to see active volcanoes, earthquakes, glaciers, CO2 and oxygen levels, and plate tectonic shifts trends would be really cool. I’d totally pay for these add ones. Nice work, guys.

I recently used this fabulous application to track hurricane Dorian along the southeast coast of the US. You did a fabulous and accurate job of keeping me abreast of the hurricane’s Track. To test its accuracy, I favored certain coastal towns which would be affected by the track and then checked actual real time readings... and this App was spot on each and every time.
