If i click any difficulty below normal, nothing happens. And if I click normal, the map comes up but I can't start the mission.

I downloaded the game pressed start and there's a difficulty select so I press the lowest (baby) then nothing happened I pressed all the other ones and then normal finally worked but by then it wouldn't stop asking me for my iCloud password to purchase the baby pack it was soooo annoying I never got to play because a new ad poped up every 1/2 a second. so be warned: their in-app purchases are not labeled

This is ?. I would say that i would kill myself i n real life and in the game... But i couldnt play the game cause it makes me pay for crap i dont want. So ill just kill myself in real life.
