I've been looking for a while for a way to caption my videos and things like you see on instagram and I saw that this app allowed it. The problem is that it lets you make the video but then tells you that you must buy the "video memes" for a whopping $3. In other words you can't add a few words to the video without have to spend money. I which they would have SAID that before I downloaded it.
