My first impression of this app is that it has lots of features on it. For example, there is guided Meditation, Music, and what they call “visual breathing.” Several options like this are helpful, since the topic of mental health is so broad. This way, there’s something for everyone. The idea of “mesmerize” is interesting, since it has been a coping mechanism for anxiety since the early 20th century. Franz Mesmer started using the hypnosis as a therapeutic method in order to “make the unconscious conscious.” This helps people to understand things about themselves that could be making them anxious that they didn’t recognize before. The history of mesmerizing and hypnosis proves this method to be accurate, which is why i started using this app.

This app is gagbage. Only like 6 pre-sets, no variables to adjust to your taste for any of them, and even with gig-ether net they buffer constantly and will not play smoothly. This is a joke, look elsewhere.
Cost conflict.

I downloaded the app on iPhone , didn’t show me a option to choose a trial of a week, only showed yearly or monthly subscription. When I went to cancel subscription showed option of a weekly subscription. Just beware of this .

I had the worst time meditating. I never really could figure out how to exactly meditate. Everyone talked about it even explained it to me many times but never could I really just let go. But with this app it’s achievable
Stuck on subscription page

This app was good until I couldn't get pass the subscription page. Every time I close out the ad another one pops up and it no longer lets me access the library.
This app is a foul, somewhat of a scam, and you should be careful downloading

In order to use this app, you must agree to their terms, at which point you are agreeing to a $50 per year membership/subscription. Downloader beware!!! The app works, does what it’s supposed to, but there are plenty of free items that do the same thing and better. Someone is making a lot of money off of subscription fine print agreements; BEWARE before you download.

I’m going to be honest I felt inclined to make this my first written review on the App Store. I have honestly never paid for a subscription service like this before, but I can honestly say that this is worth every last penny. (Definitely recommend the relaxing category?)
