The game is taking my money ... and I’m not happy about it. I’ve been using diamonds to buy certain things to help me level up in the game and it takes the diamonds, as well as the coins, but doesn’t give me the items I am purchasing!!! Update 11/2 — I don’t even play this game anymore. I spent money once inside the game and didn’t get what I paid for. It crashes, the daily incentives are not paid out anymore and will say I’ve missed them when I haven’t. Just a dud. Don’t download and if you do, don’t expect it to work FULLY past a certain level. ?

Purchased gems but didn’t get them

I’ve been playing this game for a while and I like it a lot however tonight while playing the game I needed to get gems and when I went in to purchase them every thing went through except for me actually getting my gems. I spent 29.99 to get 900 gems and again while the money came out of my account the gems have yet to be added to my game. I’m not sure who I need to speak with about this but I would really like a lead in the right direction.

Game is not worth the download. I keep getting thrown out of the app every 5 minutes, in which I would lose the progress that I had made as well as the rewards for the last 3 minutes. I’ve tried playing it off and on for months now and nothing has changed. The current scavenger hunt is causing me to be thrown out just before I beat my opponent causing me to lose to them. I’ve contacted support numerous times through the app regarding this issue, and nothing gets done. I’ve tried uninstalling it and then reinstalling it, and it keeps happening. All they say is their sorry for my inconvenience. Items of mine have also disappeared from my game that I’ve had for a while. This game is not worth it. Update: still having the same issues. No help with it from the support team. I’m tired of the game constantly crashing. This game is definitely not worth the hassle.

I paid for an unlimited pack, but did not get unlimited time for the workers. I wrote in and received a response a few days later stating, it is an Apple issue, contact them for support. It really is not an Apple issue. The game took money for a boost and did not deliver. It is very addicting and fun. My kids play it together. I was stuck to my phone playing it. But the glitches need to get fixed and if you are taking money for a boost, then make sure it works.

I updated my iPhone 11 Pro Max today to the iOS 14 I think and I just tried to open this game and it told me to update the app so I went over to update the app and it will not update. It will say update. I will click update and then it will spin and then say update again. HELP ME. I love love love this game and I wanna play!!!!!
