After the last update the app keeps shutting off it’s frustrating

This is my favorite game but there’s some sort of glitch with the diamonds. For example, earlier today I had over 300. Just went back to the game and I have 183, and this happens all the time. Glitches a lot during the (numerous) ads too.

I love this game, but just recently it won’t open! I launch it, then it loads. As soon as it fully loads, it shuts down! Fix this, so I can actually play, and my rating will be a 5!

I really love playing the game, but for the past week, I’ve not been able to. When I press on the icon, it opens up, then it shuts down. I don’t know if anyone else is having this problem or not, but I’d like to have it fixed, so I can continue to play…

Game freezing

I had to update my game and ever since I did that, ads were added and the game freezes very frequently. Frustrating because I can’t even play the game when the trip to Paris is up because of the freezing. This didn’t happen before the ads were added.

When will you fix the clutch from the new update??? I was really enjoying this game. I have many chronic health conditions and am stuck in bed/on the couch a lot and this is something i can do even when I few horrible. I understand app issues however you won’t even address it! I’ve emailed. I’ve posted on you FB page. Other people have. No answer. I’ve never had an issue of being completely ignored by any other app developers. I hope that if this issue ever gets fixed you will give MAJOR perks/rewards for the huge delay.
