It hates me

The app won't open every time I tap it. It also doesn't give me my daily chest every day. And every time I try to merge a dragon, it just moves them around. And I do not want to use the book to merge them. Please fix this!!!

I love this game. I play every day and just love my dragons. This new update, however, crashes every couple of minutes. NOT happy! Please fix it!!!

I reached out to the team regarding the failure to cloud sync. I have spent hundreds of USD on this game however, when my phone died I was unable to restore my game even though cloud sync was turned on. I went through a series of troubleshooting steps with them starting on Aug. 9 and came to the conclusion they will “We investigated your case and we can see that you had some progress loss in June but the is retrieved a few days later. regarding that, we can only restore purchases from that period of time from June and July. Regarding your losses on 3rd August we can restore Dragon Power that you lost and since we will be restoring Dragons and Gems we can't restore specific items that you lost. Please let us know if this offer sounds fair to you.” No actual actions was taken on their part and upon numerous inquiry around updates I have heard nothing! I have become very upset/disappointed. I loved this game and this is how I am treated. If I could upload the screenshot of my conversation with them to prove my point I would. I do not know how else to get their attention at this point. :S

I have no idea if this is the go-to place to report bugs, but here I go anyways. . . Whenever I watch an ad for more chalices, the screen freezes at ‘You got one more chalice!’ Like I said before, it’s just a small bug (thankfully), but I do hope you can fix it!

Game froze it won't allow me to Rome around screen is stuck. Tried to delete n redownload n it still won't move screen been stuck for 1 month. Can get in contact with support to fix issue
Can no longer play

Game worked great earlier in the day until I downloaded the update. I get dumped out of the game almost immediately as soon as I try to take any action at all. I have enjoyed playing this game on an almost daily basis and would certainly miss it.
