You can also visit any Credit Union office. For Mobile Teller you use your Credit Union Account Number and
Home Banking PIN.

Although it's nice that the Merck CU is finally getting with the times, this particular app of theirs crashes alot. In the middle if capturing a picture of check to deposit, the app crashes. I had to log in to the account 7 times before it even successfully captured my deposit and posted to my account.
Frozen screen

Logged in, clicked on shares branch banner and now it's frozen on the splash screen. Terrible app and useless.
It just doesn't work.

No matter how good your pictures are it will never deposit your checks. You'll only be faced with an error message. TL;DR It's broken.
Crashes during Mobile Capture

App keeps crashing on the second mobile capture. Specifically during capture of the backside of the second check.
