what happened the last update is a nightmare

I like this game but have been experiencing issues since I started replaying a couple weeks ago. Whenever I get to the end of a level without passing, I’m unable to purchase any special items or extra turns with in-game coins. I get a download error and the option to contact support or retry. Retrying resets the level. I’ve contacted support multiple times with no response yet. I took screenshots but cannot attach them (no option to attach once I select the photo and can’t cancel, so have to restart the game to back out). Today I bought the $14.99 offer and didn’t receive anything I bought. Contacted support again and still waiting for an answer. This is so frustrating! Please fix your game and respond to your customers.

I’m not even that good at matching games, or so I thought! I noticed that many of the negative reviews are about needing money to advance through more difficult levels. I find that with patience, every level can be cleared without cash. If you get stuck, take a break! Try again tomorrow and with your daily bonus, you’ll have a better chance. This game has really helped me unwind after work. Thank you!

So yeah the basic design game it gets boring after having four design games all have the same mini game to earn furniture stuff but it gets waaaaaay to hard and I start to have to play like ten times to beat a level and I agree with the person who had surgery and it filled their life with the stress of the game
