Stuck in update loop

After latest update, I am stuck in an update loop. Cannot use the app anymore. Deleted and reinstalled app but no dice. What a joke!

Version 8.5.4 fixed issues caused by the prior 8.5.x releases; but, not before having loss all my saved data (my lists, shopping cart, etc.). Thanks for immediately fixing the bugs; but, I’m very disappointed at loosing my data.???

Update the app

Trying to update the app but all it does is keep going back to the APP in the APP store. Does not show a button to update the app. Other than that I think the app is great. How can I update it? It’s working now. Thanks for the fast response.

UPDATE: The developers reach out and told me the release had issues, but was now fixed. I was finally able to install the update and the app is usable again. Still not the best app, but functional. ORIGINAL: The app was not great to begin with. I wasn’t expecting much from a regional hardware store. However, this review is coming after the update yesterday for “minor bug fixes”. Turns out that the app won’t work any more, it just keeps telling me to update even though it is already updated. Deleted the app, reinstalled, same issue. Not worth my time.

After a rapid update, within a day, the app has been restored to functional capacity. All favorites lists are available.

Update: very atypically of developers, these devs quickly fixed the break and returned the app to the helpful shopping aid it once was. Furthermore, they responded to my review and did not ask me to change it. So, naturally they deserve me changing it to reflect their above average customer service. Thanks dev team! App says I need an update. App store says I do not. Stuck in endless loop. App is broken completely now.

Fixed the app from last update that had glitches. Much better now. Really appreciate them quickly fixing the app considering how much money I’ve spent and how often I use it! Only tiny complaint is I wish the find it in store was a little more accurate ie (isle number or something)

*UPDATE* 2/8/2021 Since my original review was made the app has been up and running like usual! I am so thankful the developers worked so quickly to fix this issue as I use this app every day at work to help guests and myself find store products, flyers and online products. Thank you for being so quick to fix it! I use this app every single day to help guests and since the update yesterday my app has stopped working and repeatedly tells me to update. I go to the App Store and there is no update available. Please fox this ASAP!

Cool app, wish items displayed location

Need to show items in their location on the app. Would be a nice feature.
