Excellent service, mediocre iOS version

Memorang is a great service, but this app just seems amateur. The scroll views act weird and the navigation is clumsy. It feels like they just bundled the web site into an app.

Doesn't work very well at all and their "premium" flash cards are pretty low quality and missing a lot of information. I also got bad attitude from them in their reply email.

First of all, the app needs serious updating. Using the website is way better...then what's the point of having the app. Besides the flash cards are low quality and lacks lots of information. Also, the flash cards are way to busy...I only wish I hadn't purchase their premium...if only I could get a refund that would be great. The attitude problem of the staff is overwhelming. Stay away for now!! You've been warned

I'm using the premium step 1 subscription and it's excellent. The multiple choice or flashcard set up and being able to choice topics is very helpful, makes review easier, and convenient to focus on one particular topic, it's very easy to cover and review the material covered from other sources. Interface is very smooth. They are true to there word, they update the material, and are always making corrections when needed. Would and have recommended it.

The new version works way better and I'm glad it finally has games and creating flash cards like the web version.
Suuuuuuuper Slow App

This is a great review program, however the app is so incredibly slow that it makes the program virtually useless on anything other than a desktop/laptop computer. Sometimes my sets will take up to a minute to load, no matter what device/network/cell phone network I'm on. Really disappointed.

This app is okay and I love the service as a whole. That said, there are a lot of stability improvements to be made.

I inquired about how to transfer my flashcards on an iPad and the customer service response was rude and unhelpful. I will not be using this app and will stick to Anki and Firecracker.
