I just switched banks and I love everything about MFCU in comparison with my other bank... EXCEPT for the app. The MFCU app isn’t awful. I like that it’s a touch to unlock. However, the app itself is not as fast or as clear as the app for my previous bank. This app could also have a better aesthetic.

This financial institution needs to take a lesson in customer service!!! Extremely poor systems in place. Here let me call my bank that makes plenty of profit from my money and have an answer service direct the cattle on what they need to do. Pay a payment on the 13 th and don’t post until the 18th then charge me a late fee????? Won’t refund it! Save yourself time and grief! Find a different BANK!!!!! -John

I can do my banking, cash my checks and transfer within the bank. Would be nice to be able to transfer funds to others without having to use some other money app. But, for a banking app, it works good, especially not being close to a branch.
