Doesn’t play offline

I know some people who use this app and can play offline music, but it doesn’t work for me. Whenever I want to listen to a song offline, it says, “The internet connection appears to be offline”. What’s the problem with it?

When I search a playlist and click on it, the stuff that’s supposed to be on it isn’t there and that same stuff shows up on every playlist and it pisses me off. Please fix this
