Hard to understand

It’s somewhat hard to understand the woman that is speaking in the videos. She sounds like a robot with an Asian accent.

A garage app for great chemistry kits

First not all of the experiments are even on the app! I look but there are missing experiments so if you wanted video guides or a in-depth look at the experiments your out of luck! But you want to know the best part? I doesn’t work for more than sixty seconds! I’ve tried everything but no matter what it just ends up frozen.

I was hoping for a fun video showing the kids in depth what was happening. The app didn’t have a tab to scan the code like it says so we had to just go through them all and look for our experiment. The video was super quick and just an instructional video nothing more. No explanation of what was happening. Disappointed to say the least.

Just got our first experiments in the mail and my son loved them. I was very disappointed, however, that there was no explanation behind the volcano and burning snake experiments. I downloaded the app and found it to be severely lacking. The instructions tell you to scan the QR code for the experiment within the app but there was no option in the app to do so. There was also not a search option for the experiments and when I typed in the web address that was in the instructions, I got an error message. I really hope these shortcomings are being worked on because the idea behind this is awesome but nowadays you've GOT to have and app that works well. This one does not.

It really needs a search function for atoms and experiments. I scrolled through all of the experiments twice before I could confirm it wasn’t even on there. I love the kits though!

They seem to have eliminated the feature to scan the experiment code so you can’t even find instructions for the expieroments any longer. When you find them the step by step instructions are terrible. “Prepare H2O2 in advance”. Umm ok? “Pour all the contents out”. Without telling you what specific contents they are referring to. And he kits don’t come with the contents labeled according to what experiments they are for. Awful product.

I know I don’t understand much but 1 reason is It isn’t very organized there are very few experiments that are interesting. There seems to be very few interests with other people but I still feel the same way as them. I hope this app gets better.

Missing Features?

Just trying first experiment. Instructions mention taking pictures and scanning items within the Ap. However, what’s shown in manual isn’t what is in the Ap. I see no scanning feature or photo option. And can’t figure out how to use VR for the specific experiment we are doing
