Video editing bug: audio does not match video

I love Meitu and use it literally everyday, especially since my baby was born. Starting November I noticed this bug in video editing, that the video will randomly speed up and does not match the audio. When I save it to the album, it’s different than what I see in the app, but still- video and audio don’t match. I see the same bug on my husband’s phone. Please fix this asap!

I’ve used it countless times for my animation memes but now on this particular one it refuses to do anything to it??? I’m trying to add effects and it just freezes on a video frame. So annoying smh.
Amazing app but

I love this app I currently have the yearly subscription. I use it to edit all of my YouTube videos and thumbnails and love it. All the filters and stickers are my favorite! I love how simple it is to edit a video but very professional looking in the end. But…I currently have been having big issues with this app for some reason it won’t let me go forward in my video clips and the video stays frozen while the background music and sounds keep going. It’s very frustrating how sometimes the app just closes in the middle of editing but thankfully it saves where I left off. I have tried updating my phone and the app and turning on and off my phone thinking it was a phone issue but still same thing keeps going on! I don’t know but I even got to the point of looking for another video app and cancelling this one but I have yet to find something that comes close to what this one offers. I’m really hoping things get fixed ?

I paid for an annual membership on Jan 7, 2021, it’s supposed to be good till Jan 7, 2022. I used it a couple of times earlier in the year, but have not been able to use any of the VIP filters since before Thanksgiving. Before emailing support, I tried shutting down the app and restarting. I was logged into my account on the app and still had to suffer through a ton of adds even using the non VIP frames. Tried emailing support and never heard back. Tried cancelling through the link when I saw the subscription renewal email and got an error page. Finally cancelled it through the App Store subscriptions page. As much as I used to like this app, I feel like it’s a total scam now and not worth the headache.
