Connection Problem??

Can't download any of the new cute stickers! Since I updated the app, it keeps saying "connection problem, please try again" whenever I want to load the new stickers. There is no problem with my connection, it is super fast on everything else.

Problem1: during import and processing step for some videos, the app is stuck and dead. I have to kill the app. This is repeatable for the same videos. Cutting video to different length may work. Problem2: unable to import videos from PC. Only mobile phone can import.

This app had been great for couple of years but now it wants other type of verification and is all in Chinese why?? You don't want foreigners anymore? How come logging in with Facebook doesn't work anymore either phone number It's ridiculous. You should make it more user friendly
