I hold button and talk loud, but it actually makes my voice much quieter. I read the 5 ratings & tried again, no diff. Those giving 5s are probably friends. If I could 0 then I would.

It seems simple. If there's a trick to it, they should provide instructions. And the constant pop up when you enter is annoying at best. Don't want to be mean, but big thumbs down. ??
