I was charged 7.99 for a purchase that I didn’t authorize and I still haven’t received my chips. Can I at least get the chips since I know I won’t get the 7.99 back.

Now I know why i lost to many stupid hands. Now I know a lot of bots. It all set up. Make a real player lost so we can buy more fake chips. Damm make me wasted like 100$ already. Deleting the app now.
Game constantly freezes

The ridiculous number of full houses is almost comical. A full house every 5 hands it seems. People calling 50 million dollar all ins with marginal hands (K, 4) and constantly winning.
Luck and randomness does seem to come and go

The worst game

Every time you enter a large tournament, you get delt your cards and it then it disconnects. By the time you get reconnected you are forced to fold. Very frustrating
