This game is s friggen joke!! It is set up for people who pay for chips. Numerous numerous times had the right bet with the right hand only to have people stay in on junk hands only to “catch” (please see sarcasm) cards to win. Have lost almost a billion in chips this week. I give one star because I cannot go lower.

This game is broken in so many ways. Playing poker, the game does not know which hand is stronger ( I had a straight and I lost to a 2 pair). The game goes down at least once a month. If you need support, they will reply back but can’t do anything for you until the next business day. Their system cannot look into your game history in real time. Their ancient system takes 1 day and their is 25% chance that they will reply back. NEVER SPEND A PENNY IN THIS GAME!!! Every time I collect from my box, the game will repeatedly pop up 2-3 times for you to give them a 5 star rating. You keep bothering me and annoying me, you get a 1. I just want to play. Their Sunday freebies was very generous in the past. ATM, they are very cheap in freebies and I can’t blame them. Slowly getting out of bankruptcy. The challenges are very simple to play and accomplish which is no fun. A good challenge makes the game entertaining.

I have tried numerous times to get some resolution on the problems with all the games when playing on iOS systems. It is terrible and all I get is “ our engineers are working on it”. Well it’s been over a month now and no update.
