App keeps making my phone freeze, filled with ads, not enough filters

App intermittently freezes up and also makes my phone (iPhone XS) freeze, making it unable to use for about ten seconds. Unable to use any functions on the phone, or force it to exit. Also the app is filled with ads, and does not implement enough filters for user search (interests, etc.). Additionally, the app does not implement proper safeguards to ensure all its users are actually adults in the signup process. It creates an unsafe environment for minors. Ideally, they should add age verification for safety reasons.

For years developers team have been saying they are working to block spammers here but either they are not or just not doing enough. I’m tired of getting matched or requests from spammers. I really hope the app team does some more serious action to fix this issue. Besides that it’s a great app. Update : what needs to be improved is to implement some sort of user photos verification so we know photos matches the real person. Also add some captcha or other tools for creating profiles, looks like spammers create fake profiles in bulk , maybe by using scripts or automated tools !!!!

The app support doesn’t work. I was on the app and went away for 20 minutes and now it won’t go past the “meeff” screen.

When I try to open it, it just hangs on the loading page. I have the latest version so not sure what the problem is...

Many fake and spam profiles on this app. Try making the user verify their face so we can know that it is the actual user and not someone who is using someone else photo. Apps like tinder and bumble make you verify your face or your profile doesn’t work. Just an idea to give you because I’m tired of seeing so many fake profiles.

You guys need to put in a filter where you check if the profile pic is real. It would REALLY help this app and turn its reputation around.
