Nice, but a couple recommendations. Add insurance card to passbook option would be great. Also, an updated look would be nice.
Doesn't do much

Can't view your monthly bill; can't view you EOBs; can't view your policy details. You can view your member number on your card (if you forget that but know your login). It's a start!
ID card access only

This is the most useless app I've ever used. I want to see my co-pay, deductible, claims, etc. The only thing I can access is my ID card and that's already in my wallet.

I can't even log in even after going through the "forgot my username" and "forgot my password" help.Useless if I can't even get past login.

Can't see EOBs, account details, deductible and co insurance balances. Nothing. All you can do is look at your ID card. This is the perfect example of a company saying they have a mobile app but in reality have no mobile functionality.

I updated to the latest version today - very happy to see claims & account balance information on top of the ID card and provider search features.
Cannot Paste Password

How can you have stringent password requirements (which is good) and then not provide a means to paste the password in the password field. Am I really supposed to type in a 20 character random password. I use 1password to manage different passwords for all services and every other single app I can just copy and paste. Please update the password field to allow me to paste my password! Till then I will not be using the app because I’m not typing that password in…not reasonable.

This version is useless. I cannot copy my password from another app into this app. For whatever the reason, I cannot select paste into the password field. I keep all of my passwords in a secure location in another app and don't care to memorize them for apps like this.
