Disappointing.

I met someone in the hospital elevator yesterday, maybe it was developer. They recommended this app and I like this kind of thing. Unfortunately, I wasted my money. It is very unstable. You can’t force close it without rebooting the phone and I am using an iPhone XS. Secondly all the sounds are very similar and it’s very difficult to try out one by one. There’s no variation in the voices at all. if you don’t like one or you get is another at a slightly different pitch. I have many other sleep apps and this one is going to the bottom of the pile. Sorry.

I've been trying to ween off of sleeping pills. This has been a fantastic start and I'm using this philosophy more often. Starting to buy into the science behind it and can't wait to have it help in the future.
