Good the only time it worked

The speaker is very decent. The light mode is pretty cool, but I only got it to beat at the sound of the music once. After that it stopped working. I deleted the app and tried to reinstalled again but it still not working.

Only problem was with the alarm

I can't get the alarm to sound and the lights to turn on. Every time I get a notification saying "alarm" but the lights don't come on and the music doesn't play. I log back into the app only to find out the app disconnected the lights. Even if I leave the app open! I locked my phone with the app open and made the alarm for 5 minutes later and it still did it. If this didn't happen I'd give this a 5 star rating.

I really love the new bulbs and speakers. However, there's some pretty major flaws with the app. It disconnects from the lights pretty easily, so no alarm in the morning. The color change jump in pretty jittery and off. Sometimes it claims a bulb is offline and you have to restart the app to get it to connect again. The music player is just a terrible design, and if you have any music in your cloud and not on the device, it'll just sit there. The preset modes are ok, stars mode is less relaxing and more like flashing police lights. It'd be nice if there was more customization on your end, but I get there's a limit. App design is dated. It'd be awesome if the app could somehow channel sound into multiple lights, but that might be beyond the realm of possibility.

I love the bulb itself and the app is very easy to use but is their a way to play music on the speaker through something like Spotify of is it strictly just through Apple Music?

Doesn't Work

We can play music through Spotify and not run the lights or I can run the lights but the music from my iTunes library won't play. ?

It works with Spotify and it changes color it is simply amazing! If u want to use Spotify just connect to the speaker through ur settings.

Works great with all music apps

I work at Aldi, and as soon as these came in I bought two of them. It took a minute to set them up right with the free app but now that they are set up they work amazing (I have tested with my Apple Music, Spotify, Pandora, and Sound Cloud!The speaker on one bulb is actually louder than the one built into my MacBook. The only thing I would like to see in the app is to set up "rooms" so I can adjust the settings for the lights in my bedroom, bathroom, and living room separately. I'm sure that is a lot to ask for though. For $17 this product (and app) is for sure a 10 out of 10!!! I will be buying a set for each room in my house!

This is really great people say that this doesn't work on other apps but it does it works on pandora spotify YouTube and tubex and other music apps

Alarm doesn't work.

The alarm feature doesn't work correctly. If I set the alarm and my iPad is open, it works great. If the app is left OPEN and the iPad locks, nothing happens. No alarm, late for work, lose my job. No good. It's a shame because it's a cool bulb and the other features of the app are nice, but the most important feature doesn't work at all.
