Found two in the first couple minutes. Incorrect information is not what students need. (Term for a HA is cephalgia, not migraine. Term for treatment is Tx, not Rx.)

Bad spelling and weird/wrong answers!! Rx stands for prescription, Tx stands for Treatment!! Just sayin...

This app has inaccurate information and wrong answers. Corneoplasty for instance. It is not the term for surgical cornea transplant. Thanks for that.
