Doesn’t work

I bought ($99.99) the 5Minute Clinical Consult. It says “bought” but it won’t download it. It keeps giving me a download error 403. Can someone help me? I have even e mailed support and it keeps saying that the email doesn’t exist and is undeliverable. This is crap.
Useless, money consumer.
Useless until update
I purchase one book 49,99 and the app recognizes the book, but all my attempts to download it inside the app’s library in iPad was useless even by WiFi or data plan. And remember when paying for it, it was cut the money and after many attempts and reinstall the app it appears in iPhone app’s library, that app is clumsy and better to the company to introduce it as kindle file which is working perfectly. Please resolve that app or I need refund and take that book to be used by better app.

The new version is crap, it's deleted all the books I bought through it, what's the point paying $40-50 for a book to have the app delete it. DO NOT UPDATE to this version if you've already bought books as your just wasting your money!

it happend frequently in the last few days when I opened the Dr companion then the BNF It hanged and go out so many time I alredy bought the BNF 65 and BNF 66 + the 2nd edition of oxford handbook of psychiatry . Unfortunately I can not find them now , What to do ?!!!! very bad app
